Sarv coat 6726-9 is a primer based on raw linseed oil and alkyd resin, containing zinc oxide and iron oxide pigments, according to SSPC paint 25 Type II.

Recommended Use

For use on interior and exterior of structural steel to be top coated with conventional paint systems.

Surface Preparation

Remove oil and grease, etc with suitable solvent.

Remove salt and other contaminants by (high pressure) fresh water cleaning.

A brasive blasting to minimum Sa 2 alternatively power tool cleaning to ST3.
